400g wagyu ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
2 medium sweet potatoes
2 cups cottage cheese
1 avocado
1-2 tbsp hot honey
Optional - hot sauce, salt, black pepper, jalapeños
Prepare Your Protein Bowl
- In a skillet, brown the lean ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up as you go. Add taco seasoning and mix well. Set aside.
- Roast or air fry sweet potatoes until fork-tender. I cooked mine in the air fryer at 400 degrees F for 13 minutes with avocado oil spray and seasonings.
- Start with a base of cooked sweet potatoes, then add a generous scoop of cottage cheese.
- Top with the taco-seasoned beef and sliced avocado.
- Finish it off with hot honey and hot sauce for that sweet-spicy kick. Mix it all together for the ultimate flavor explosion!
